We are a team of Speech Language Pathologists who cherish developing speech and language skills through play, natural interactions, family information and engaging in a greater community. Together we have over 30 years of experience in all settings. 

Our Team

Beth Schneider

M.S. CCC-SLP

I am a Speech Language Pathologist with a passion for helping kids develop language and social skills throughout childhood. I have worked with kids  of all ages from early intervention to 18+. I have worked with children in early intervention, home health, and in the school system. I love working with kiddos impacted by motor speech/apraxia, autism, or language delays.  I have experience with Augmentative Communication and believe that every person should have a voice. I have a passion for social skill intervention. I have had training in the areas of Hanen, PROMPT, and PECS. 

Kristin Ledesma

M.S. CCC-SLP

I am a Speech Language Pathologist serving the town of Elizabeth and surrounding areas for over twenty years. I have worked in a variety of settings including early intervention , public schools, and home health. I am passionately committed to supporting children with motor speech/ apraxia, language delays, and autism. I am PROMPT trained, have attended the Hanen It Takes Two to Talk and the More Than Words courses, and am currently in the process of becoming a certified Play Project consultant. My goal is to support families in celebrating their child's strengths and teaming closely with them to increase their child's skills and development. 

Lauren Dougherty

M.S. CCC-SLP

​I received my Bachelor of Arts in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from the University of Colorado at Boulder. During my time at Boulder, I was also awarded a Linguistics minor and a Public Health certificate. I received my Master of Arts in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Northern Colorado. I have a passion for working with children with various communication challenges including children with Autism, Down Syndrome and other causes of global development delays, apraxia and other speech sound disorders, augmentative alternative communication (AAC), and executive functioning. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, camping, and skiing.
